Role Objective

To strive in providing customers with a professional service experience whilst ensuring adequate communication between customers, parts and service departments in achieving customer satisfaction goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare for the arrival of the customer
  • Taking care of customer at initial consultation upon arrival
  • Ensure accurate Warranty and Motor plan details on system
  • Update Dealer Management System, track all vehicles and update control systems
  • Liaise with customers on regular basis throughout service
  • Ensure accurate invoice payments
  • Vehicle hand over
  • Customer follow – up and reminders

The incumbent should display a “passion for dealing with people” and should continuously strive to promote a professional business image. The incumbent must assist fellow employees wherever possible and promote the services and products that the business has to offer. The incumbent should offer the Customer an overall service experience which exceeds his/her expectations.

Minimum Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years’ Service Advisor experience in an Automotive Dealership
  • Computer literate (Office Suite)
  • Driver’s license, own transport
  • Completed Certificated Service Advisor Training would be advantageous
