- The competition is open only to cash-paying customers who have a BMW vehicle serviced at BMW Stellenbosch between 1 July 2026 and 31 July 2026 (inclusive).
- Customers whose vehicle servicing is covered by a maintenance plan, service plan, or Motorplan are not eligible to participate in the competition.
- Vehicles booked in for warranty repairs, recall work, goodwill repairs, or any other non-customer-paid work are not eligible for entry.
- Employees of BMW Stellenbosch, its affiliated companies, subsidiaries, agencies, contractors, and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate in the competition.
- Eligible customers will automatically be entered into the competition upon payment for a qualifying service completed during the promotional period.
- The winner will be selected by an independent external auditor through a random draw.
- The winner will be notified on 5 August 2026 using the contact details provided to BMW Stellenbosch.
- BMW Stellenbosch reserves the right to verify the eligibility of all entrants and to disqualify any entrant who does not comply with these Terms and Conditions.
- The judges' decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into regarding the outcome of the competition.
- By participating in the competition, entrants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
