Sales Executive - Jaguar Land Rover Stellenbosch
Role Objective:
Facilitate the sales process with potential clients ensuring monthly targets and objectives are met. Act as a brand ambassador in order to optimise sales opportunities with optimum profitability and maximum customer satisfaction. Promote the growth and success of the Dealership and the Group through optimising the sales on both new and previously owned vehicles, and prospecting opportunities by exceptional Customer Service, efficient and well managed sales negotiations, sales closure, and After-Sales follow-up and care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prospect for new clients while maintaining existing client relationships
- Maximise all prospect leads optimising new / repeat business opportunities – internal prospect sources & leads and pipe-line leads allocated via Focus Pro system
- Achieve Monthly Sales Targets – on units/gross profit objectives
- Sell vehicle features and personalised benefits
- Promote Dealer products and services. Up-sell optional extras on vehicles, Parts & Accessories (Lifestyle and accessory products) and additional Dealer services
- Efficient and professional management of the Sales Processes on all sales systems/platforms
- Handle customer questions and overcome objections
- Effective presentation and display of vehicles – including professional hand-over and Customer after-sales follow-up
- Ensure the demonstration fleet is ready for clients at all times
- Attend weekly sales meetings
- Attend all relevant JLR SA training courses
- Maintaining client database
- Maintain showroom & outside vehicle displays
- Efficient Management of all Deal Files and related documentation
Minimum Requirements:
- Senior Certificate (Grade 12)
- Minimum 2 to 5 years selling experience with customer interaction essential
- Valid Driver’s Licence
- Bilingual
- Experience as a Sales Executive in a Dealership would be a distinct advantage
